According to a message board called "Ghosts of Scott County” on Topix, the hospital elevator is supposed to be haunted by a ghost nicknamed “Cora”. Numerous stories of how the woman died are cited, but it seems the image of Cora consistently describes the apparition of a woman with brown hair near the elevator near the nursery.
