Vinegar Hill

Vinegar Hill off of Bristol Caverns Highway/Highway 435 in Bristol, Tennessee is said to be haunted by a very friendly ghost. In his book Ghosts of Bristol: Haunting Tales from the Twin Cities, author V. N. “Bud” Phillips says the discarnate voice of an unnamed man wanders the hill saying, “Howdy”.
