Built in 1939, in Bristol, Tennessee, it was once known as the Fifth Street School. Shortly before the name change, a girl named Agnes was killed on what was known at the time as “class night,” when the Juniors would become Seniors. The morning after this torturous night, Agnes’s body was found bloated and floating in the swimming pool. Ever since then, her wet footsteps are heard in the old part of the building, even after they put down carpet.

Another spirit is that of a former athlete, who was hit by a car walking home one night after a game. Apparently, he loved sports so much, that he still attends the games in the Field House.

The strangest of all the School’s ghosts is a train that can be heard coming from the gym and shaking through the hallways. 1, 2, 3, 4
