Edmondson Hall

In her 2005 book Legends, Stories and Ghostly Tales of Abingdon and Washington County, Virginia, author Donna Gayle Akers writes that Edmondson Hall on Lindell Road in Meadowview, Virginia is one of the most haunted places in Washington County, Virginia. Stories include apparitions of a horse in the backyard, a ghostly woman in a rocking chair on one of the bedrooms, a Lady in White and twin girls that appear in the dining room. Legend maintains poltergeist activity also takes place in the house, including travelling cold spots, hair being pulled and noises coming from rooms where no one is in.
