The two-story brick house was built in 1892 on Lindell Road and has passed through many different owners over the years. Since the house often remains empty, ghost stories abound, such as the ghost of a lady that can be seen from an upstairs window, and young boys often try to prove their bravery by staying in the house all night. In the 1960s, however, the story was that around midnight a lady in white would walk through the house and the sound of a babies cry could be heard. 1
